Daily schedule ::


MBCY Yoga/Yin Therapeutics to balance and restore your unique life patterns. These can range from knee pain, lower back pain, shoulder stiffness, tight hips, and swollen ankles.

Mindfulness Meditations from the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh:  Our focus will be on understanding simple tendencies that everyone deals with in their daily lives:: negative thinking, chronic drama, and personal tendencies to resent or blame others.

Expressive Writing: Useful prompts will be offered to open up more profound parts of your wisdom that a busy life tends to run over, like:: soothing a racing mind, peaceful rest, deep listening, and automatic kindness.

Many of us do not have a choice to bathe in the quiet, still voice that rests inside each of us, beckoning deep wisdom. So please do your best to offer 12 hours of silence to yourself and the group from 9pm until 9am. 

This practice can be challenging and profound medicine for soothing many mental, emotional, and physical imbalances.

Thomas the Apostle Retreat Center (TAC) is located in Cody, Wyoming, 52 miles from Yellowstone National Park's East Entrance. The thriving community of Cody has a population of nearly 10,000. It is surrounded by public land with exciting and diverse recreational opportunities.

Vaccination information ::

  • TAC staff and nina be are fully vaccinated and we still hold our facilities at a high level of quality control.

How to get there ::

Arrival by plane ::

Fly into The Cody Wyoming Airport, also known as Yellowstone Region Airport (COD) is located only two minutes from downtown Cody, Wyoming, and is approximately 52 miles east of the east entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Just 2 hours to the north, Billings Aiport also offers frequent flights to the region. We will arrange an airport shuttle with you ahead of time.

Refund policy ::

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the first day of the retreat will receive a full refund minus the $300 deposit. Refunds are not given for cancellations made less than 30 days before the first day of the retreat. Still, payments may be applied to future retreats.
